We provide shipping services to Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, and Malaysia. If you are located outside these regions, please contact us.
We typically use Hong Kong Post to deliver your order. Once your order is received, we will dispatch it as soon as the next business day.
After shipping, you will receive an email or SMS from us containing the tracking number. You can check the latest status of your shipment on the postal service's website.
Generally, after the product is shipped, you will receive it within:
Hong Kong Local: 2 to 5 business days
Taiwan: 4 to 7 business days
Singapore: 7 to 14 business days
Malaysia: 7 to 14 business days
If no one is available to receive the delivery, the post office will leave a collection card in your mailbox, notifying you to pick up your mail at the nearest post office on the next business day. For detailed arrangements regarding missed deliveries, please contact the postal service.
Please double-check that the address you provided is correct. If the address is incorrect, the postal service will return the mail to our address, which may delay delivery. In such cases, we may charge an additional shipping fee.
