Refunds for used tapes are not available. In case you notice any defects on the tapes you purchased, kindly reach out to us via email (info@findmerecords.com) within 7 days from the date of your order dispatch. We can facilitate a one-time exchange service for your orders. Please note that this service is applicable only for products with a unit price equal to or lower than your tapes.
If you wish to exchange for a product with a higher price, you will be required to cover the price difference.
