Order Cancellation
Once payment for an order is successfully processed, the order is considered confirmed. Unless the product is out of stock, only exchanges are permitted, and refunds will not be issued.
Discounted and pre-order items are non-refundable.


Pre-Order Products
Pre-order products will indicate an estimated shipping date, which is for reference only. The actual shipping date may vary due to factors such as manufacturer or artist release schedules. If there are delays, we will notify you via email. Refunds are not available for pre-order items. Please review the terms and conditions carefully before placing an order. Returns
To protect artists' interests, returns are only accepted for specific FINDME RECORDS-branded products (e.g., blank cassette tapes). The return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. After 7 days, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • The original packaging must be intact.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Downloadable software products (e.g., virtual albums, digital music)

  • Cassette tape albums

  • Vintage cassette players

  • Vintage cassette tapes

  • Other vintage items

Do not send returned items directly to the manufacturer.


Exchanges
Exchanges are only permitted for defective or damaged items (e.g., PLAYME cassette players) within the warranty period. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email info@findmerecords.com with your receipt or proof of purchase. Our customer service team will then contact you to proceed.


Shipping for Returns/Exchanges

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

  • If a refund is issued, return shipping fees will be deducted.

  • The time required to receive a replacement depends on your location.

  • For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

  • We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
