RETURN POLICY ON USED TAPES
Refunds for used tapes are not available. In case you notice any defects on the tapes you purchased, kindly reach out to us via email (info@findmerecords.com) within 7 days from the date of your order dispatch. We can facilitate a one-time exchange service for your orders. Please note that this service is applicable only for products with a unit price equal to or lower than your tapes.
If you wish to exchange for a product with a higher price, you will be required to cover the price difference.

USED CASSETTE TAPES
We physically inspect each cassette tape to ensure the felt pad is present and secure. We clean the plastic shell of the cassette and rewind the tape to the beginning. Each tape is then placed in a new acrylic case.
When listening to vintage tapes, you may hear frequency distortions, tape hiss, warble and volume dips. Paper J-cards included with the cassette may show signs of light wear including tears, folds, small marks or writing and minimal UV and moisture damage.
