Keep Your Player Clean!

This tape head cleaner easily cleans & demagnetizes heads and rollers by using a spinning magnet, which removes remnant magnetic field or polarity that can distort playback. At the same time, the cleaning tape buffs the heads and rollers.

Why need this?

The dust and mold on the cassette tape can potentially attach to the tape head and pressure roller of the cassette player during playback as the tape continuously runs, affecting the audio quality. A cassette player that has accumulated dust and dirt over a long period without proper cleaning may frequently experience tape jams, distortion (wow and flutter), and reduced volume during playback.

Therefore, to properly maintain the cassette player, a "simple cleaning" of the playback components should be done after each use, and a "thorough cleaning" should be performed every two weeks. Using a cassette head cleaning tape can efficiently provide a thorough cleaning for the cassette player, eliminating the need for cotton swabs.

Any type of cassette player, recorder, cassette deck or duplicator.

How to use?

1. Add 2-3 drops of the dedicated cleaning fluid to the marked location on the cassette head cleaning tape.

2. Insert the cassette head cleaning tape into the cassette player and press "Play".

3. Allow the cassette player to automatically play the cleaning tape until it stops (about 30 seconds).

4. Flip the cleaning tape over to repeat the cleaning.

5. Perform this cleaning 3-4 times to thoroughly clean the tape head and pressure roller.
