This is how we got here
From Sketch to Rack.
Message from FINDME
We started this brand because cassettes changed the way we listen. No skipping. No algorithms. Just an album, from start to finish, demanding nothing but your time and attention. It felt personal. It felt slow. And in this city, that felt like a quiet act of rebellion.
Three years ago, we tried to build a home for that feeling, a rack that would hold ten tapes, your ten choices, your ten moments. But the first version wasn't right. Too heavy. Glue marks. A finish we couldn't be proud of. So we buried it. We could have moved on. But we couldn't let go of the idea.
Because cassettes taught us that some things are worth the extra time. That slowing down isn't a compromise. It's a choice. And if we were going to ask you to make space for that in your home, we had to get it right. So we went back to the sketchbook. We stripped everything down. We obsessed over weight, over edges, over the way light passes through acrylic. We made it lighter, cleaner, built to last.
Now, FILLME 2.0 is finally the rack we imagined. A rack that doesn't just store tapes. It invites you to listen. To refresh your ten favourites each month. To build your own corner, your own ritual. This project taught us something important. If you love something enough to share it, you owe it the time to make it right. We love cassettes. And we hope, with this small rack, you'll love them a little more too.

The Journey Behind FILLME

Concept & Ideation
A simple question: where do we put the music that matters most? A sketch, a small rack, a corner for ten tapes to live out in the open, ready to be played. That was the seed.
1st Version
We held it for the first time, but the excitement faded fast. Heavy, clunky, glue stains we couldn’t unsee. It wasn’t what we dreamed. So we buried it, told no one, and waited.
Rethink & Redesign
Two years later, the idea never left us. We started over. Lighter, cleaner, something that could sit quietly in any home. This time, we built it for real.
Prototyping & Testing
Ten samples arrived. Our hearts sank. Edges weren't smooth, finish wasn't polished. We changed suppliers. More waiting, more testing. But we held on. If we were asking you to love cassettes like we do, we had to get it right.
Finalization
Then it happened. Version 2.0. The one we chased for three years. Lightweight. Flawless. Clean edges, polished finish, no shortcuts. We held it and knew. This was the one.
